Integrative Psychotherapy

We co-create space to be with and process body sensations, memories, emotion and your nervous systems and its' responses to facilitate change.

Individual Therapy

Therapy is for anyone! Some areas I work with are trauma & PTSD, relationship issues, attachment trauma, body image concerns, anxiety and perfectionism. However, there are several other reasons why one can engage in therapy. Please keep in mind that you don't need to have a "big" problem for therapy, you can just be curious to expand your self-awareness and explore your inner world. Couples Therapy

Many things can get in the way of a deep and fulfilling relationship. Sometimes, personal choices or life events result in loud fights and heightened conflict. Other times, intimacy and closeness can disappear slowly and quietly. Life gets busy, and you wake up one day wondering how you grew so far apart. There are actionable steps to overcoming relationship challenges and feeling connected again. Together, we'll explore how to navigate conflict effectively, understand each other better and restore intimacy and friendship.
